What you'll do

Job functions, responsibilities include:

Acceptance and industrialization of processes from the projects department. Transfer of the process to series production.

Pilot modifications of processes in series production.

Update machine/robot parameters, for which knowledge and interpretation of drawings is essential.

Pilot transfers of manufacturing in your area.

Evaluate costs in modifications and new proposals.

Provide support to the maintenance departments when they have reached their limit of competencies.

Continuously improve processes. Validation of new welding machinery installations.

Pilot all series process modification tests in the plant and report the results to the parties involved.

Supervise and control manufacturing processes to ensure the quality of the products.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations at all stages of the processes.

Participate in team meetings to coordinate improvement strategies in the production plant.

Requirements

Requirements for the position, among the desired skills and experience are:

High level of office skills. High knowledge of design tools (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD) as you will work with drawings daily.

You will have company computer equipment and mobile device (availability for calls in case of specific incidents is required).

Effective communication skills and teamwork.

Proactivity and ability to solve problems efficiently.

Availability to work in Nigrán, and to make occasional national and international trips (trips of 2 or 3 days).
