Technical training from a Higher Level Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Robotics, Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.

Extensive previous experience in industrial processes is not required.

Interest in learning about production processes, continuous improvement, and the industrial environment.

Ability to work as part of a team and follow procedures.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Factory Process Technician with technical training from a Higher Level Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Automation and Robotics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar.

The selected person will provide support in monitoring production processes, detecting incidents, data collection, basic production analysis, continuous improvement, and collaboration with the production, quality, and maintenance teams.

What you'll do

Provide support in the daily monitoring of factory production processes.

Collaborate in the detection of incidents, deviations, or possible improvements in the production lines.

Help in the review and compliance of established work procedures.

Participate in continuous improvement actions aimed at reducing errors, unproductive time, and waste.

Support data collection, basic process analysis, and production indicators.

Collaborate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure the correct development of work.

Provide support in the implementation of new tools, machinery, or improvements in the production process.

Learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or other similar tools.

Comply with and promote quality standards, food safety, risk prevention, and order at the workstation.
