What we're looking for

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

The role

Would you like to develop your career in Marketing and Communication within an international company, with a close-knit environment and real possibilities of progressively assuming new responsibilities?

At Adecco Selección, we are looking to hire a Marketing and Communication Technician for an international company specializing in providing solutions and services related to waste management and recycling, especially in areas such as electrical and electronic equipment, cells, and batteries.

The selected person will join the Marketing and Communication team in Spain and will report directly to the Marketing and Communication Manager.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to provide support and progressively assume the management of the company's Marketing and Communication actions in Spain, working very closely with the Area Manager and the external agency.

Currently, part of the actions are carried out with the support of a specialized agency. The objective is that, progressively, the person who joins can internalize more and more functions, gaining autonomy and responsibility within the area.

For this reason, we are looking for a versatile profile, with knowledge in different areas of Marketing and Communication, that combines a good content creation capacity with solid knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and metrics analysis.

-Preparation and writing of press releases and other external communication materials.

-Creation of content for internal communication.

-Preparation, updating, and sending of newsletters.

-Creation and adaptation of content for different channels and audiences.

-Management and updating of content in WordPress.

-Management and monitoring of different Social Media channels.

-Analysis of the main metrics and performance indicators of Social Media, identifying trends and the evolution of results.

-Preparation of periodic monitoring and statistical reports for Social Media and web.

-Preparation of reporting on Marketing and Communication actions and presentation of results.

-Monitoring the performance of content and actions developed in the different digital channels.

-Regular contact and coordination with the external Marketing and Communication agency.

-Monitoring of the actions developed by the agency and progressive participation in their internalization.

-Support in other Marketing, content, and Communication initiatives depending on the company's needs.

-Coordination with international Marketing and Communication teams.

-Participation in meetings with Marketing professionals from other countries to share initiatives, detect synergies, and develop joint actions.
