The role

We are looking for a Civil Works Site Supervisor to manage projects in the construction sector in the Valencia area and the south of Castellón. The professional will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and current regulations.

Key role in project execution and coordination.

What you'll do

Organization and daily supervision of civil works tasks in urban development projects.
Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors on site.
Control of deadlines, quality, and compliance with the established schedule.
Monitoring of measurements and support with certifications.
Interpretation of plans and technical support in resolving site issues.
Management of assigned material and human resources.
Compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Coordination with the Site Manager and the rest of the team.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Works Site Supervisor.
Experience as a Building Site Supervisor with knowledge of urban development projects is valued.
Knowledge of construction processes in urban developments (earthworks, networks, paving, etc.).
Leadership and coordination skills for on-site teams.
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
Residence in Valencia or availability to work in the northern area of the province.
Type B driver's license.
