We are looking for a Civil Works Supervisor to lead the execution of urbanization projects in Las Rozas and Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). The role will involve coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety on site.
The Civil Works Supervisor will be responsible for the daily organization and supervision of urbanization work on site, coordinating in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with the established planning. Among the main functions are the distribution of tasks, performance control, monitoring of execution progress, coordination with the technical director and site manager, as well as the supervision of quality, safety, and the material resources assigned to the project. They will also ensure compliance with internal procedures and the correct execution of work units related to earthworks, paving, sanitation networks, supply, lighting, and other urban infrastructure.
Previous experience as a Civil Works Supervisor in urbanization projects. It will be essential to have the ability to manage field work teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with established deadlines. Technical knowledge in earthworks, buried networks, paving, and urban services works, as well as training in Occupational Risk Prevention, will be valued.
