• Comprehensively manage claims files: opening, analysis, monitoring, and resolution.
• Review and validate the documentation necessary for processing (medical, labor, legal, etc.).
• Analyze coverages, guarantees, and policy conditions.
• Evaluate files and propose their resolution (acceptance, rejection, or payment), in accordance with technical and regulatory criteria.
• Coordinate with external providers (adjusters, doctors, investigators, etc.) and with internal areas (Technical, Legal, Fraud, Reinsurance).
• Detect possible signs of fraud and apply the established protocols.
• Monitor deadlines, control provisions, and ensure service quality.
• Manage communication with clients and intermediaries, guaranteeing clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, tools, and operating models.
