What will your mission be?

You will be part of the corporate Industrial Engineering team, providing support to different plants within the group on projects focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and optimization of production processes.

You will work very closely with Production and Maintenance managers, leading improvement initiatives and driving the implementation of standards and best practices across the different plants.

What you'll do

Responsibilities
Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives across different plants within the group.
Analyze production processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions aimed at increasing productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Participate in the planning, development, and monitoring of industrial projects, including installations, machinery upgrades, and automation initiatives.
Collaborate on the technical and economic evaluation of industrial investments (CAPEX), monitoring the costs and timelines of assigned projects.
Define, standardize, and ensure compliance with industrial procedures and best practices across the different plants within the group.
Analyze and monitor key production and maintenance KPIs, driving data-based improvement actions.
Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering managers, as well as external suppliers, to ensure the success of implemented initiatives.
Share and implement improvements and solutions across the different plants within the group, contributing to standardization and operational excellence on an international level.

What we're looking for

Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar industrial environments (ideally 5+ years).
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process analysis and improvement, operations optimization, and KPI tracking.
Advanced level of English (mandatory).
Availability to travel approximately 30% of the time to plants within the group in Spain and Europe.
Analytical, proactive, results-oriented profile with the ability to lead change initiatives on-site.
It will be especially valued:
Experience in multi-plant or international environments.
Participation in automation, industrialization, or machinery implementation projects.
Knowledge of TPM, OEE, SMED, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
French language skills.
