Requirements

What we're looking for

  • a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the HVAC, control, or BMS/BAS sector;

Nice to have

  • initial experience in technical training is a real asset.
  • heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and domestic hot water production systems;
  • building control and automation systems;
  • communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT, or equivalents;
  • the reading of electrical and hydraulic diagrams;
  • office tools and online training platforms.

Education & certifications

  • higher education (Bachelor's to Master's degree) in climate engineering, automation, electrotechnics, or equivalent;

Languages

  • Fluent French (indispensable).
  • Proficiency in Spanish would be appreciated.

The role

Reporting to the Training Department, you will design and deliver technical training intended for our customers, design offices, installers, distributors, partners, and employees.

Your objective is to develop the technical skills of users in order to guarantee an optimal installation of our HVAC control solutions and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Develop training paths adapted to different audiences.
  • Design and update pedagogical materials (presentations, guides, practical exercises, videos, and e-learning modules).
  • Regularly update content based on product and regulatory evolutions.
  • Collaborate with the E-learning team to develop digital training.
  • Provide training in person and remotely.
  • Train participants in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our solutions.
  • Organize and lead practical workshops.
  • Adapt the content and technical level according to the participants.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and ensure pedagogical follow-up.
  • Prepare and manage all the equipment necessary for the training sessions.
  • Monitor technological evolutions in the HVAC and BMS sectors.
  • Participate in the launch of new products.
  • Provide advanced technical support to sales teams and the technical department when necessary.
  • Identify field needs and propose improvements to the Training Manager.
  • Measure participant satisfaction.
  • Be proactive in proposing improvements to content and pedagogical methods.
  • Participate in the development of our training offering.

You are passionate about building technologies and love sharing your knowledge.

How you'll work

This position requires very frequent travel to provide training at our customers', partners', distributors', and training centers' locations.

High mobility within your sector is indispensable.

Occasional travel to the headquarters in Spain is also to be expected.
