As a Reception Assistant, your mission will be to support the receptionists in reception-specific tasks, as well as attending to guest requests of lesser difficulty
What you'll do
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
- Perform correct and professional service at all times
- Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in reception tasks by assisting receptionists, the assistant reception manager, and the reception manager
- Provide customer service in auxiliary reception tasks
- Execute simple reception duties
- Handle telephone calls
- Correctly transmit necessary information to other departments and to your direct supervisor
