If you are selected, you will be able to collaborate in the following functions:

Documentary auditing: Reviewing the current status of legal requirements for facilities.
Contact with Project Managers, Store Technical Teams, and Suppliers for documentary management.
Digitization and uploading: Uploading and indexing documentation into the management software (GMAO).
Audit support: Preparing documentation for potential quality inspections, ISOs, Requirements, etc.

At a training level, you will learn:

Tool mastery: You will learn to use real, multinational-level GMAO software.
Legal vision: You will understand the industrial and safety regulations that govern large companies.
Project management: You will develop skills in organization, monitoring, and dealing with suppliers and technicians.
