What we're looking for

More than 10 years of demonstrable experience as a Contract Manager or in similar roles in contract management, preferably in the industry.
Solid experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environments.
Deep knowledge of national and international contractual regulations.
Demonstrated ability for negotiation, conflict resolution, and risk management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Spanish. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
Availability to reside and work in Madrid.

The role

At BETWEEN Group, we continue to grow and expand our team, betting on the best talent. In our Substation Engineering division, we get involved in a wide variety of pioneering projects, working with the most innovative clients in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Food, Construction, and Civil Works sectors.

We are looking for a Contract Manager to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

If you are a professional with more than 10 years of experience in contract management within the industry, especially in EPC environments, and you are passionate about the world of engineering, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of contracts in projects of various scales, from negotiation to closure.
Analysis, interpretation, and application of contractual clauses, ensuring compliance with obligations by all parties.
Identification and management of contractual risks, proposing and applying preventive and corrective measures.
Supervision and control of contractual execution, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality.
Negotiation and resolution of claims, modifications, and contractual disputes.
Coordination with project, legal, financial, and operations teams to ensure correct contractual management.
Preparation of reports and documentation relating to contract management.
Advising management and project teams on contractual matters.
Active participation in the contract bidding and award process.
Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitoring of applicable legislation and regulations regarding contractual and industry matters.
Optimization of contract management processes to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
