Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid practical experience in SQL for advanced queries and exhaustive data analysis.
Demonstrable experience working with Python and the Pandas library for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficiency in data profiling, quality assurance, validation, and technical reconciliation.
Proven experience in the design and implementation of dashboards and visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Advanced English level (C1), indispensable for fluid technical communication with international teams.

Nice to have

You have previous experience in projects within the pharmaceutical, scientific, or R&D sectors.
You possess familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the definition of validation scenarios.
You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and growing together with the team.

We are looking for a high-level analytical profile capable of translating the complexity of large volumes of data into strategic and actionable solutions for innovation environments.

What you'll do

Actively collaborate with business teams and data owners within the R&D field to understand metrics, KPIs, and analytical requirements.
Analyze massive and complex datasets using SQL and Python, identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and quality improvement opportunities.
Execute data profiling, cross-validations, reconciliations, and root cause analysis across multiple information sources.
Translate business needs into transformation rules, data models, metrics, and interactive visual dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
Collaborate continuously with data engineers and architects to validate flows, pipelines, and source-to-target mappings.
