Job description

The selected person will collaborate on digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and information analysis, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the Compliance Department.

This experience will allow for the acquisition of a global vision of the different areas of Compliance, participating in projects related to data management, indicator monitoring, and support for key regulatory initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's processes and collaborate in the development of automation solutions through digital tools and artificial intelligence assistants.
• Provide support in the management, processing, and analysis of data, ensuring the quality and consistency of the information.
• Collaborate in the design, updating, and maintenance of dashboards and indicators in Power BI.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and executive presentations to facilitate decision-making and the monitoring of strategic initiatives.
• Provide support to different operational Compliance initiatives, including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), economic sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-fraud, and Customer Protection.
• Participate in digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support the monitoring of regulatory indicators and the analysis of information relevant to the Compliance function.

• Interest in process automation and artificial intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in regulated environments, risk management, and Compliance.
• Proactivity, capacity for learning, and orientation toward continuous improvement.
• Communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or Python.
• Participation in university projects related to data, technology, or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of Compliance, financial regulation, or risk management.
