At Allianz Securities, we are looking to bring in a profile like yours to join the Commercial area, contributing to the development and growth of the Wealth Management business in Madrid.

What you'll do

You will be part of a dynamic environment where you will combine business development, leadership, and team management within the financial field.

Recruit and develop a distribution network of Wealth Management (WM) agents.
Promote, supervise, and support the WM Financial Agents in your team.
Lead the training, commercial, and operational development of the team.
Monitor KPIs, business figures, and commercial campaigns.
Design and implement specific action plans by zone (Madrid and Castilla).
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within your area of influence.
