What we're looking for
Previous experience: At least 1 to 2 years performing personnel administration or payroll management functions.
Software: Fluent use of Sage 200 (Essential requirement).
Official procedures: Practical knowledge of Sistema RED, SILTRA, and Contrat@.
Attitude: Proactive, methodical person with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.
Nice to have
Training in Higher Level Vocational Training (Administration and Finance) or University Degree (Labor Relations, HR, or similar).
Intermediate/advanced level of Excel.

The role
We are looking to incorporate a dynamic, rigorous Payroll and Personnel Administration Technician into our central team in Madrid, someone eager to develop themselves in a young, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
What you'll do
Reporting to the area manager, you will be responsible for supporting the complete personnel administration cycle:
Payroll Management: Support in the preparation and review of monthly payroll and incidents.
Administrative Procedures: Registrations, terminations, data changes, and management of IT/AT through Sistema RED, SILTRA, and Delt@.
Hiring and Offboarding: Formalization of contracts via Contrat@ and calculation of settlements/final payments.
Employee Support: Detection and resolution of operational queries regarding payslips and group collective agreements.
