Requirements

What we're looking for

Sector Experience (Mandatory Requirement): Demonstrable previous experience (minimum 1-2 years) in administration/management within the student residences, coliving, tourist accommodation, hotel management, or real estate/rental sector.
Languages (Mandatory): Fluent English (minimum B2/C1) for customer service and international interlocutors.
Education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance, Degree in Tourism, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent qualification.
Skills: Agility in managing high volumes of clients, proactivity, operational rigor, and fluent use of Excel and management software.

The role

For our Hospitality & Living division, we are looking to bring an Administration and Management Technician into our Madrid headquarters. We are looking for a dynamic, decisive professional who already has previous experience in the accommodation, residency, coliving, or real estate/tourism sector, capable of joining the daily operations autonomously from day one in a young, multicultural, and constantly expanding environment.

What you'll do

Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and controlling accommodation contracts, annexes, and resident extensions.
Collections and Deposit Management: Control of receipts, processing of monthly collections, management of deposits/guarantees, and monitoring of non-payments.
Supplier Management: Receipt, validation, and processing of supplier invoices, monitoring of payment orders, and service incidents.
International Customer Service: Resolution of doubts, incidents, and administrative inquiries with residents and families in Spanish and English (via email, telephone, and in person).
