What you'll do
- Comprehensive Tender Management:Analysis of tender documents, technical review, and coordination of the bidding process from start to finish.
- Preparation of Technical Proposals:Drafting and design of detailed technical proposals for rail tenders, ensuring quality, competitiveness, and alignment with the project's operational requirements.
- Economic and Feasibility Analysis:Preparation of demand studies, business plans, and resource allocation calculations to ensure the profitability and viability of bids.
- Functional Studies:Conducting railway operations analyses, operational feasibility studies, and design of solutions for the multimodal logistics chain.
- Control and Reporting:Creation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), development of data control tools, and preparation of periodic reports for management.
- Relationship Management:Ongoing liaison with clients, contractors, suppliers, and public bodies, actively participating in multidisciplinary working sessions. Representation at sector forums, events, etc.

What you'll do
- Gestión Integral de Licitaciones:Análisis de pliegos, revisión técnica y coordinación del proceso de licitación de principio a fin.
- Elaboración de Propuestas Técnicas:Redacción y diseño de propuestas técnicas detalladas para licitaciones de rail, asegurando la calidad, competitividad y alineación con los requerimientos operativos del proyecto.
- Análisis Económico y de Viabilidad:Elaboración de estudios de demanda, planes de negocio y cálculo de asignación de recursos para garantizar la rentabilidad y viabilidad de las ofertas.
- Estudios Funcionales:Realización de análisis de operativa ferroviaria, estudios de viabilidad de explotación y diseño de soluciones para la cadena logística multimodal.
- Control y Reporting:Creación y seguimiento de indicadores clave (KPIs), desarrollo de herramientas de control de datos y elaboración de informes periódicos para la dirección.
- Gestión de Relaciones:Interlocución constante con clientes, contratistas, proveedores y organismos públicos, participando activamente en sesiones de trabajo multidisciplinar. Representación en foros sectoriales, eventos, etc.
