Join our team as a Multipurpose Administrative Assistant, where you will play a fundamental role in operational and administrative support through your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
What you'll do
• Manage administrative documentation to ensure process compliance.
• Prepare and update reports, databases, and spreadsheets, guaranteeing the accuracy of information.
• Execute general office tasks, including filing, calendar management, messaging, and coordination with suppliers to maintain operational order.
• Provide support in the coordination of internal tasks and ensure efficient management of email and departmental communications.
• Provide support in employee onboarding functions and assistance in managing visits, calls, and logistical support.
