We are looking for a proactive, organized, steady and resourceful person, with good communication skills and used to working with clients and managing phone conversations.

What you'll do

Phone and email support for clients and collaborators.
Entering and updating data in CRM and internal tools.
Follow-up on incidents and support for the commercial department.
Management and review of administrative documentation.
Internal coordination with different departments.
Monitoring and updating databases.
Handling back office tasks.

How you'll work

Full-time
Initial schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:45 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:15 PM to 4:00 PM, Friday 7:45 AM to 2:00 PM.
Monthly contract, with renewal + real possibilities of joining the permanent staff.
Immediate start.
