The role

Ametller Origen is a company in a full expansion phase where you will have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and work together with the team.

What you'll do

To guarantee the coordination and functioning of the section with the aim of ensuring supply, commercial implementation, and the satisfaction of customers and your team, as well as the achievement of objectives.

- You will be a reference for your team: You will accompany and follow up on your team to ensure their training and growth.

- You will collaborate in the management of supply and ensure the product circuit through to sale.

- You will carry out the implementation of the commercial actions of your section in order to guarantee the achievement of objectives.

- You will provide support to your manager in planning, team management, indicator monitoring, and the resolution of incidents and store needs.

How you'll work

- Forget about split shifts! Our schedules allow you to balance your personal and professional life, as you will have a rotating and intensive schedule (morning/afternoon), from Monday to Sunday, with one day off.

Hiring process

In the first phase, you will have an interview with a recruiter, where we will explain the project, the duties to be performed, and the conditions we can offer you.

In the second phase, you will have an interview with the area manager and/or regional manager where your technical expertise will be evaluated.

If you are ultimately the selected person, we have an established integration plan into the job through which, with the accompaniment and training of different specialists, you will learn how to develop your role and we will give you the tools to make it possible.
