We are looking for a Training Technician for Martorell.

Management of internal training for the client SEAT. Learning Specialist role within the SEAT LPO service.

• Prepares and participates in project reviews with clients and management, communicates relevant project information to superiors, and escalates potential risks within the specialization.
• Ensures that all projects comply with company standards, policies, and procedures and adheres to service level agreements (SLA).
• Performs data analysis and prepares reports to facilitate various staffing reviews and forecasts, including project utilization, resources, optimization, and project/resource review within the specialization.
• Collaborates with the program director to identify all program requirements and expectations for comprehensive enterprise talent solutions.
• Provides regular updates on direct hiring activity, including the number of positions filled, cost savings, and new initiatives to attract candidates within the specialization.
