What you'll do

Customer and distributor service in person, by telephone, and by email.
Management and follow-up of spare parts orders.
Preparation and follow-up of budgets and commercial offers.
Entry and management of orders in ERP.
Coordination with purchasing to guarantee material availability.
Administrative preparation of shipments and deliveries.
Location of references and documentary management of spare parts.
Administrative reception of equipment for repair.
Commercial and administrative support to the after-sales department
