The role

For an important company in the energy sector, located in the L'Hospitalet de Llobregat area, we need to hire a sales and customer service advisor to perform the following tasks:

What you'll do

- In-person customer service at the commercial office.

- Management of complaints, billing, social tariffs, and incidents.

- Cross-selling of energy products, services, and telephony.

- Commercialization of air conditioning and heating equipment.

- Acquisition of external collaborators (calls, mailing, visits, etc.).

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
