The role

We are looking for two coordinators for a leading cultural and educational center in Donostia. You will be part of a service oriented towards bringing culture, knowledge, and educational experiences to diverse audiences, guaranteeing a quality, inclusive, and accessible proposal aligned with the center's objectives.

What you'll do

You will coordinate the planning and execution of the service, support the mediation team, and participate in the design, preparation, and facilitation of activities, workshops, and visits. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the program, user care, and the effective incorporation of universal accessibility criteria.

  • Coordinate the daily and annual planning of the service, ensuring the correct organization of activities, resources, spaces, and teams.
  • Act as the interlocutor for the center, managing needs, incidents, and service monitoring.
  • Lead and support the educational team: assign tasks, organize shifts, supervise activity, and detect training needs.
  • Ensure the application of protocols and standards for quality, accessibility, sustainability, and safety.
