Environmental Information Officers - Montseny Information Points

• No university training is required. Knowledge of the environment and interest in the environment, customer service, and environmental education will be valued.
• Minimum qualification of ESO or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
• Possession of a B driving license and own vehicle (This requirement is necessary to be able to reach the workplace, not to perform the job itself).
• Residing in municipalities near Montseny.

Join the Montseny Natural Park Informants' team and be part of a key initiative for the preservation of the natural environment. In this case, we are looking for profiles for the information points of Montseny (Information Centre), Fogars, El Brull, Collformic, and Santa Fe, where you will be the reference person to guide visitors, contribute to promoting good environmental practices, resolve inquiries, and raise awareness among users about the importance of conserving this natural space.

• Attention, guidance, and advice to visitors regarding the Park, the municipalities, the Natural Parks Network, and the surrounding environment.
• Facilitation of information regarding points of interest, cultural and leisure activities, and the offering of local products and services.
• Collection and analysis of anonymous visitor data (attendance, profile, and habits), including surveys.
• Delivery of educational material and management of the loan of pedagogical or adapted material.
• Management of the inventory of publications and materials.
• Regulation of access and parking.
• Updating of informative content on the SGPN and the Park's website.
• Collaboration in activities and events organized by the SGPN or by the municipalities.

What will your working day and schedule be? Part-time employment, you will work weekends and holidays, depending on the area, in the following schedules:

• From 9 to 14h: Montseny (Information Centre), Fogars, El Brull
• From 8 to 14h: Collformic and Santa Fe
