Requirements

What we're looking for

  • University degree studies in the scientific and/or engineering branch, such as Environmental Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or similar.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, developing educational activities and facilitating groups.
  • Experience and skill in dealing with children, youth, and visiting groups.
  • Level of Catalan (C1) and English (B2). Knowledge of other languages, especially French, will be valued.
  • Residence in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, or metropolitan area.

The role

What you'll do

Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

  • Develop environmental education activities at the Agbar Museum, at the Foundation's facilities (ETAP, EDAR, and other spaces) and in itinerant activities or events in which the Foundation participates.
  • Attend to visiting groups, guaranteeing a quality educational experience.
  • Evaluate the activities developed and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
  • Carry out the inventory, monitoring, and organization of educational materials, proposing improvements that contribute to the quality of the service.
  • Participate in the updating of existing contents and activities, as well as in the creation of new educational proposals.
  • Undergo continuous training to expand knowledge and improve educational attention.
  • Provide support for coordination tasks, including the preparation of reports and the analysis of the activity developed.
  • Conduct VIP visits to the Foundation's facilities, including the EDARs.

Where will you work? In person in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona).

What type of contract do we offer? Permanent seasonal.

What will your working day and schedule be? Part-time employment from Monday to Friday from 9:30h to 14h and one Sunday every 6 weekends (22.5h weekly).
