The role

Join Anthesis as the team activating sustainability!

We work to drive the transition toward a more sustainable world. Through innovative projects, we advise companies, institutions, and communities on implementing responsible practices that minimize environmental impact and foster a greener future.

Environmental education is a fundamental pillar of our work, as we believe awareness and training are key to generating positive long-term change. Through our educational programs, we reach schools, community centers, and organizations to promote active, participatory ecological awareness.

Our mission is to empower agents of change. We equip people with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to actively contribute to positive transformations in their organizations, their communities, and the world.

Join the team of Educators, and be part of a cultural project that helps us achieve an important challenge: Disseminating and transmitting knowledge and experience to the visitors of the Collserola Natural Park.

Where will you work? Collserola Natural Park Information Centre (accessible by walking from Baixador de Vallvidrera).

What you'll do

  • Ensure a good welcome and active information for visitors to the natural space, emphasizing the importance of the natural and cultural values of the space and the restrictions associated with the space for good conservation.
  • Inform about the recommended good practices by the person in charge of the natural space to ensure a responsible visit with the minimum possible impact. And to users who are not making correct use of the space, inform them about how they should act and, in the event that the behavior persists and when the protocol determines it, inform the service coordinator described in section 3.4 of this tender.
  • Communicate to the service coordinator, as soon as possible, any incidents that may arise in the development of the service, so that this person can assess the need for intervention by the security forces, inform the person in charge of the natural space, and proceed to contact them if necessary.
  • When the protocol establishes it, contact emergency services through 112 and notify the situation to the person in charge of the natural space and to the service coordinator.
  • Update the information daily, taking into account both the official alerts from Civil Protection (NEUCAT, INFOCAT, etc.), as well as the warnings of the Alfa Plan and the periodic information about incidents and events that the person in charge of the natural space provides (status of forest trails, hunting alerts, organized activities...).
  • Provide visitors, as needed, with the available informational material.
  • Perform tasks of collecting the public price of informational material or the collection of the cost of a service linked to the management of public use. This collection service will only be carried out in those natural spaces that have data terminals and always through this means of collection.
  • Collect the data of visitors, either directly through the application that the person in charge of the natural space establishes (through an electronic support such as a tablet or computer with internet connection) or, if there is no coverage, through the system that the person in charge of the space determines.
  • Incorporate the data into the established application. The natural space will provide the access keys and manuals to access this application at the time of contract award.
  • Conduct surveys aimed at visitors to the natural park. The questions of the survey and the dates of implementation will be agreed upon in advance with the person in charge of each natural space.
  • Collect suggestions and complaints from users to address them to the service coordinator described in section 3.4 of this tender.
  • Communicate any incidents detected in the informational equipment (signage, signage...) and public use regulation that may be in the space to the service coordinator, described in section 3.4 of this tender. If necessary, document it with photographs.
