We are looking for a student of Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related degrees to complete an internship in the Technical Hospitality/Construction Department at our headquarters in Esplugues de Llobregat.

What you'll do

  • Request and manage quotes from suppliers of machinery and equipment for hospitality projects.
  • Prepare economic and technical comparisons of received budgets.
  • Provide support in the issuance, follow-up and control of orders and incident management.
  • Keep the supplier database, rates and commercial terms up to date.
  • Manage and file the area's technical and administrative documentation: plans, photos, brand book information.
  • Keep the Machinery Purchasing Book up to date, incorporating new equipment, suppliers, technical specifications, reference prices and current commercial terms.
  • Collaborate in the standardization and continuous improvement of equipment purchasing and approval processes.

  • Availability to complete a minimum 6-month University-Business collaboration agreement.

  • Knowledge of hospitality equipment and industrial kitchen machinery is valued.
