This role will support recruiting efforts across both the LATAM and EMEA regions, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a broad range of functions.

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber talent across EMEA and LATAM.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop effective hiring plans.
