What we're looking for

At ARTIEM we are looking for an organized, decisive person with a service vocation to join our IT team in Menorca.

Your mission will be to provide first-level technical support to our teams, resolve common incidents, and maintain work devices and tools in good working order, contributing to service continuity and the technological improvement of the organization.

What you'll do

  • Attend to users in person and remotely, helping them resolve their technological incidents.
  • Register and manage tickets, follow up on, and escalate cases that require specialized support.
  • Prepare, install, and configure computers, replace equipment, and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Configure and provide basic support for printers, PDAs, tablets, and point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic connectivity and network problems.
  • Help with the configuration and use of Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Process user registrations in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 following established procedures.
  • Check the status of backups and collaborate on updates scheduled by the IT area.
  • Keep procedures and user manuals updated.
