Join our team at ARTIEM Audax as a Trainee Monitor for the 2026 season!
ARTIEM Audax is looking to add to its Sports & Nature department a person with an active attitude, a passion for sports and nature, and a desire to learn and grow professionally in a unique environment.
You will take part in the planning, delivery, and development of the hotel's sports and nature activities, supporting the team in all phases of the activity and gaining hands-on experience in a professional setting.
Your mission will be to train and develop as a monitor within the Sports & Nature area, supporting the team in running activities and excursions, ensuring safety, quality of service, and excellent customer care, always under the supervision of the responsible team.
What you'll do
- Collaborate in the promotion, delivery, and sale of the activity program to internal and external guests.
- Support in running excursions and activities (kayak, mountain biking, hiking, etc.).
- Ensure the safety of guests during activities, following established protocols.
- Inform and advise guests about activities and rentals.
- Collaborate in the preparation, care, and control of the equipment needed for activities.
- Work as a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere and the department's goals.
- Maintain a personal image and uniform in line with ARTIEM standards.

- Ongoing or related training in sports, nature activities, or customer service.
- Interest in learning and developing as a sports monitor.
