ARTIEM Carlos is looking to add a kitchen department person who is organized, agile and detail-oriented, who complies with food hygiene and safety measures, and who has a good attitude of collaboration with the team and of continuous improvement at work in high-activity environments.

Your main mission will be to guarantee the cleaning, hygiene, and order of the kitchen and its equipment, supporting the team in the pace of service and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

• Perform the cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen areas.
• Ensure that the hygiene and health regulations established by the company and the competent authorities are met.
• Organize and properly maintain the workspace, ensuring that all elements are in their place and accessible.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team, ensuring that working hours are respected in a dynamic and active environment.
• Handle machinery related to cleaning and tableware safely and efficiently, making responsible use of it.
• Report any problems or anomalies in the cleaning and maintenance areas to the corresponding supervisor.
