What we're looking for

For proper performance in the position, we are looking for a rigorous, organized profile with the ability to detect and resolve incidents.

• Experience in operations with brokers and in insurance administration or operations, preferably Life or Group insurance.

• Good proficiency in Excel and census processing.

• Knowledge of integral policy management: issuance, supplements, enrollments and cancellations, renewals, receipts, and regularizations.

• Willingness to work in a team and good communication skills.

The role

Asisa Vida is incorporating an administrative profile to reinforce the backoffice team. Among the functions to be developed:

What you'll do

• Manage issuances, enrollments, cancellations, modifications, supplements, annulments, and renewals.

• Review censuses and validate insured parties, dates, guarantees, and capital amounts.

• Control receipts, installments, collections, returns, chargebacks, and regularizations, verifying that they match the approved quotation and documentation.

• Manage contractual documentation and communications for the group.

• Resolve and coordinate incidents with other areas of the Company.

• Document controls and incidents and collaborate in the improvement of operating procedures.
