Personnel Administration and Management Control Technician

Permanent contract

Flexible schedule Monday-Thursday starting at 7:30 AM.

Intensive workday for 3 months in summer, Fridays, and days before holidays.

1 day of remote work per week.

At Avanza, a leading company in the passenger transport sector nationwide, we are looking for a Human Resources Administration Technician to operationally manage the personnel administration area, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation and company policies, under the supervision of the HR Manager at our Catalonia Division.

What will your job involve?

• Apply and ensure compliance with current labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.
• Hiring, contract modifications, and registration/deregistration with Social Security (UTE Baix).
• Payroll review and control: salary concepts, incidents, variables, supplements, and deductions.
• Employee support and assistance.
• Maintenance of the various HR databases.
• Apply and ensure compliance with current labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.

• Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and HR indicators.
• Support in analyzing personnel cost variances.
• Support in tracking KPIs.
• Support in preparing the personnel budget.

Permanent

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, or a related field.
• Additional training in payroll, labor auditing, or cost control is valued.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar positions within the Labor Relations or HR department.
• Experience in payroll review
• Labor and Social Security legislation.
• Applicable collective bargaining agreements.
• Payroll and Social Security contribution processes.
• Personnel cost budgeting and control.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and office software; experience with ERP and payroll software is valued.
• Own vehicle for occasional travel to other centers in the province.
