What we're looking for

Technical Profile (Engineers):
- Degree/Master's in Aeronautical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum experience: 1-3 years in aeronautical maintenance, industrial logistics, or production management.
Administrative/Logistics Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum experience: 1-2 years in logistics management, procurement, or industrial administration.

Alternative: Recent graduates with internships or specific training in the aeronautical/defense sector.

The role

What you'll do

Control and management of materials for base maintenance events: management of new requests, review of planning and material needs, stocks, delivery dates, etc.
Verification of findings: review of manuals in Airnav to confirm which material or GSE (Ground Support Equipment) to request.
Coordination with the GSE manager for equipment management.
Coordination between MSSR and the warehouse to ensure the timely shipment of materials for each event.
Coordination with the aircraft manager and the foreman to define material needs in the weekly planning.
Support to the foreman and the aircraft manager: in a small team, tasks may be delegated in their absence.
Personnel management: control of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) needs and their monitoring.
Teamwork skills: ability to collaborate with external companies (such as SNAE) in an international environment with different departments and companies.
