Requirements

What we're looking for

+3 years of experience in document management in technical environments (railway, energy, construction).
University degree in Library Science, Documentation, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Technical English: B2/C1 level (for international regulations or global communication).
Knowledge of railway regulations (UNE-EN 50126), document managers (SharePoint, OpenText), version control tools (Git, SVN), and PLM databases.

The role

What you'll do

Management of documentary collections: Identify, classify, and catalog technical documents (blueprints, maintenance manuals, safety regulations) according to predefined classification schemes and taxonomies.
Quality control: Review and validate the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of documents (signatures, dates, cross-references).
Documentary systems: Configure and maintain managers such as SharePoint, Alfresco, or PLM databases (Siemens Teamcenter).
Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to ensure that documentation is up to date, accessible, and aligned with projects.
Automation: Generate traceability reports and automate repetitive processes (e.g., expiration notifications).
