The role

At Sener we wish to incorporate into our team a Production Management Engineer at our Zamudio center.

What you'll do

Within the Production Management area of the Electromechanical Systems division, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the production management and control activities associated with short series projects, prototypes, and industrialization phases. The position requires experience in similar production environments, managing manufacturing resources, procurement plans, and coordination with the various disciplines involved in the project, as well as a fluent command of the ERP and MES tools used for these activities.

The general functions to be developed are the following:

Plan workshop resources, providing support to the operational unit manager.
Plan the purchasing process, providing support for supply chain monitoring.
Plan the activity of the production and testing teams.
Coordinate production support tasks: production engineering, logistics, design, quality, purchasing, and project control.
Participate in the industrialization of production processes, preparing production phases, pre-series, and prototypes.- PRR & MRR, calculating the necessary resources of people, facilities, equipment/tooling, and materials, and designing the Production strategy.- POAP, LTC, PFMEA, etc.
Monitor and manage production risks.
Control stock and the status of works in progress.
Manage MRP/ERP/MES/MoM, the generation of manufacturing orders, and their monitoring.
Manage incoming material logistics and shipments.
Manage the customer, planning, returns, deliveries, etc.

What we expect from you

Industrial Engineering studies, preferably: Industrial Organization, Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering, or other engineering disciplines compatible with complex and regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience of between 2 and 5 years performing functions similar to those described.
Experience in aerospace industrialization projects, in both the Space and Defense markets, will be valued. Technical experience in Production Engineering in aerospace projects will also be valued.
Advanced level of English (B2-C1).
