Organization Technician

• Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP de Grado Medio)
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the industrial sector
• IT Knowledge: Excel (high level) Experience with tools for schedule management, rosters, planning, or work assignment, such as GMAO, WMS, MES, or similar.
• Other requirements: B1 driver's license and availability to travel

Your main mission will be to provide support to the Operations Management in day-to-day administrative and organizational management, helping to streamline processes and facilitating the correct functioning of operations.

Among your main functions will be:

• Provide administrative support to the Operations team, helping to manage and monitor different day-to-day tasks.
• Organize and keep updated the information necessary for team management, facilitating activity monitoring and decision-making.
• Manage established schedules, rosters, clock-ins, and shift changes, monitoring any incidents that may arise.
• Monitor absences, incidents, and other situations that may affect team organization, conveying the information to managers with sufficient notice.
• Support the planning and assignment of work, using available management tools and applications.
• Prepare, update, and maintain controls, lists, and reports, mainly using Excel and other Office suite tools.
• Manage documentation and monitor different administrative tasks, ensuring that information is updated and correctly organized.
• Identify possible incidents or needs and communicate them to managers, contributing to their agile resolution.
• Provide general support to the team in all those administrative and organizational tasks necessary to streamline the functioning of operations.

We are a company specialized in the maintenance of railway rolling stock. We are looking for an organized, decisive person with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, who will help streamline the administrative and operational management of the team.

We are especially interested in finding a person accustomed to working in dynamic environments, with high personnel movement and a high volume of activity.
