Purchasing Technician

At Aurora Intelligent Nutrition, a leading company in the consumer goods and food sector, located in Estepa (Seville) and in the midst of a process of expansion and growth, we need to hire a person for the PURCHASING department as a PURCHASING TECHNICIAN for its production plants specializing in supplementation (Food Supplements), Nutraceuticals, Pharmacy, Parapharmacy, Herbalism, and Sports.

Daily review of purchasing needs and available inventory.

• Placing orders for raw materials, cleaning supplies, and office supplies.
• Requesting samples for R&D+i.
• Purchasing management according to the needs of all internal departments.
• Monitoring and controlling the arrival and delivery dates of orders.
• Management and monitoring of approvals.
• Searching for new raw materials and new suppliers: knowledge of scientific concepts, product functionalities...
• Review, updating, and negotiation of prices.
• Management and monitoring of supply contracts with suppliers.
• Review of raw material entries and invoice prices.
• Review of the formulas provided by the R&D+i department and proposals for improvement in relation to raw materials.
• Updating raw material prices in the SAGE system.
• Researching new trending raw materials.
