Sales Development Representative - English-speaking markets

The Business Development team, with more than 20 people, is responsible for bringing new customers to the company through the sales cycle. As an SDR, your main tasks and required skills are to increase the sales pipeline through the following duties:

• Search, engage and follow outbound leads (cold actions, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.)

• Generate sales opportunities for the Business Development team.

• Participation in the organization of events and fairs with the Business Development team.

• Large organizational capacity and autonomy in task management.

• Ability to overcome the set goals.

• Proactive attitude and motivation are defining characteristics.

• Native English speaker.

• High-level or bilingual in Spanish.

• High communication skills.

• Experience in sales and cold calling.

• Experience with office tools: CRM (Salesforce), monitoring of internet information.

• You are a restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.

• Organizational ability and autonomy according to market protocols.

• High level of other language: Italian, Portuguese, German,....

• Knowledge and experience in the field of tourism and/or vacation rental.

• Proactive attitude to the implementation of projects and teamwork.

• If you are a technology geek. If you know our products, that's a plus.
