The role

Are you passionate about designing healthcare solutions that improve the lives of thousands of people? Do you want to lead the transformation of provider networks in the insurance sector?

You will design, develop, and optimize AXA's Health care network, turning it into a benchmark model that balances quality, accessibility, and efficiency. Your work will directly impact the experience of thousands of policyholders, healthcare providers, and distributors, contributing to strengthening AXA's value proposition in the insurance market.

At AXA, we seek leaders capable of anticipating these trends and designing innovative solutions that differentiate us in the market. This role positions you as a protagonist of that transformation, with the autonomy to innovate and the support of an organization committed to healthcare excellence.

What you'll do

  • Define the Health network management model by identifying coverage needs by territory, specialty, and type of care
  • Anticipate the evolution of the policyholder portfolio and align with the business strategy
  • Execute sourcing, identification, selection, and onboarding strategies for providers based on coverage, quality, capacity, and efficiency criteria
  • Manage the continuous replacement and development of the care network
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and remuneration models with healthcare providers
  • Act as the key interlocutor to build stable relationships oriented toward incident resolution
  • Analyze utilization, healthcare costs, and provider behavior
  • Identify deviations, risks, and efficiency opportunities, proposing improvement measures
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for service, waiting times, claims, and policyholder satisfaction
  • Promote improvement plans in collaboration with the Medical Directorate
  • Guarantee the quality, updating, and consistency of provider information in contracts and internal systems
