FUNCTIONS: -Design, develop, and implement design patterns, standards, and coding practices to optimize costs and guarantee software security and scalability, in collaboration with the Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams. -Promote the adoption of defined best practices, acting as a technical reference both in the development of new solutions and in the evolution of existing ones. -Develop software aligned with established standards and practices, ensuring its quality and efficiency. -Advise on and validate functional analysis and technological solutions proposed by providers, guaranteeing consistency with project objectives. -Ensure the correct alignment of projects with the subscription platform, strengthening the service model through automated testing, integration, and deployments. -Participate in transversal technological projects, fostering innovation and the adoption of new technologies. -Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality, reducing incidents in production environments and promoting the technological evolution of the area. PROFILE: Education: Higher degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Experience: Minimum 5 years in transversal projects in the insurance sector, managing teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Technical knowledge (high level): Mainframe, COBOL, CISC, DB2, SQL, JCL, MQ Queues. Spoken and written English. We especially value: Experience in the AXA Seguros VSI application. Use of tools for SOAP service testing, XML, JSON (Postman, SoapUI). Programming in Python. Tools and knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot). Key competencies: Analysis, synthesis, and autonomous decision-making. Deep knowledge of business and IT processes in the insurance sector. Communication, influence, and leadership skills. Proactivity, teamwork, and customer orientation. Ability to manage distributed teams and adopt new technologies.
