About the Role

As a Password Robustness Expert, you will help operate and develop AXA’s Password Robustness Product, a global security capability designed to identify weak passwords, enable secure remediation, and prevent weak passwords from being created on targeted systems and devices.

You will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, combining hands-on technical expertise, service delivery, product improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Working within AXA Group Security, you will help security teams use automated scanning, reporting, and enforcement capabilities effectively and securely.

This is an opportunity to make a visible contribution to AXA’s security posture while working with a global community of approximately 1,000 security professionals.

What you'll do

  • Drive the daily delivery and continued evolution of the Password Robustness Product across AXA.
  • Improve protection at scale by supporting password scanning, secure reporting, remediation, and enforcement across diverse technology environments.
  • Shape the product roadmap by translating security priorities, business needs, user feedback, and upcoming vendor releases into clear actions.
  • Enhance and automate processes to improve service quality, efficiency, consistency, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate incidents, changes, requests, and escalations, helping teams resolve issues and maintain agreed service levels.
  • Support product expansion by onboarding new technologies, systems and AXA entities.
  • Partner with global stakeholders, including cybersecurity teams, technical specialists, business representatives, and external vendors.
  • Turn complex requirements into practical solutions, including technical designs, delivery plans, impact assessments, and cost estimates.
  • Contribute to audit and risk remediation, ensuring that product controls and security policies remain consistent and effective.
  • Create clear, useful product content, including technical documentation, user guides, procedures, communications, and release information.
  • Communicate with impact, making technical topics understandable to both specialist and non-technical audiences.
  • Share your expertise and contribute to a collaborative culture of learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
