As a Job title, your main objective is to
✓Development and deployment of Global AXA Business Continuity Management Framework and End to End Business Resilience approach.
✓ Monitor the alignment of AXA entities with the Global Business Continuity Framework and the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
✓ Support and guide DORA in scope entities in the identification of Critical Important Functions (CIFs).
✓ Point of contact for Business Continuity Management, providing advisory support as required
✓ Develop and deliver best practice materials to help entities to implement their local Business Continuity programs
✓ Establish and maintain relationships with entity BCM representatives, providing ongoing support and guidance to global teams.
✓ Provide continuous oversight to entities and produce executive governance reporting
✓ Support the annual Business Resilience conference
✓Contribute to the development and implementation of Supply Resilience framework.
✓Support the Crisis Management On Call Team during major events.
