Do you have experience in logistics management and order coordination within the construction sector? Do you want to be part of a solid company that is a benchmark in its field?

An important group in the concrete sector is looking to hire two Distribution and Order Management Managers to coordinate logistics activity between its various production plants and towards the final customer. One of them would manage logistics between the plants in the Bages and Anoia areas, and the other would manage those in the Pre-Pyrenees, both working in the Manresa offices. Reporting to the Operations Management, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the efficient supply of fresh concrete, guaranteeing service quality and resource optimization.

• Plan and coordinate daily concrete orders between plants.
• Assign orders according to capacity, location, and availability.
• Coordinate and optimize the fleet of mixer trucks.
• Manage logistics incidents and ensure compliance with deadlines and specifications.
• Supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements to management tools.
