• Establish operations aimed at repairs or improvements to facilities, machinery, furniture, or buildings, achieving ideal functioning and use.
• Verify that the allocation of receipts is correct.
• Conduct a study of budgets for facilities, machinery, etc., as well as preventive maintenance budgets.
• Supervise the materials warehouse, checking incoming and outgoing items against the permanent inventory.
• Conduct physical inventories of machinery, facilities, furniture, etc.
• Supervise the preservation and maintenance of gardens and sports facilities.
• Plan work for special events (banquets, conventions, etc.).
• Supervise compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Propose disinfection and pest control programs in accordance with official Health regulations.
• Assist the department head in preparing staff shifts and schedules, attendance records, leaves, hires, etc.

• Education: Intermediate Vocational Training in Maintenance.
• Experience: minimum 1 year in a similar position.

• Establecer operaciones que tengan por objeto los arreglos o mejoras de las instalaciones, maquinarias, mobiliario o inmueble consiguiendo el funcionamiento y uso ideal.
• Comprobar que la imputación de los recibos es correcta.
• Realizar un estudio de presupuestos de instalaciones, maquinaria, etc., así como de los presupuestos de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Supervisar el almacén de material, verificando entradas y salidas del inventario permanente.
• Realizar inventarios físicos de maquinaria, instalaciones, mobiliario, etc.
• Supervisar la conservación y mantenimiento de jardines e instalaciones deportivas.
• Preveer la realización de trabajos con motivo de actos especiales (banquetes, convenciones, etc.).
• Supervisar la observancia de las normas de Seguridad y Salud.
• Proponer los programas de desinfección y desinsectación de acuerdo con las normas oficiales de Sanidad.
• Ayudar al/a la Jefe/a de departamento a confeccionar los turnos y horarios del personal a su cargo, partes de asistencias, bajas, altas, etc.
