Technical Services Team Leader

The position presented below is a key part of our team and contributes to maintaining and elevating the quality standard that has defined Marbella Club for over 70 years.

• Organize and direct departmental and subcontracted personnel, in direct collaboration with the department coordinator.

• Attend to the demand for technical assistance required to cover the needs of customers and employees regarding corrective maintenance, various technical works, small installations, etc.

• Provide precise instructions to technical personnel, when applicable, for the achievement of the aforementioned works and participate actively in them when necessary.

• Supervise the control of consumption (water, electricity, diesel, gas) and fuel stocks (diesel tanks, gas tanks, packaged fuels), etc.

• Manage the use of OTEA telemetry software and use it while collaborating with superiors in the optimization of consumption, detection of leaks, and out-of-range consumption.

• Ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out on cold water treatment and transport systems for consumption, domestic hot water and water for air conditioning, pools, sanitation systems, air conditioning systems, low and medium voltage electrical distribution systems, lighting, gas installations, buggy maintenance and their GPS tracking, painting and carpentry maintenance works, etc.

• Ensure the resolution of machinery and system breakdowns across different departments by managing the personnel necessary for this purpose and providing expertise to support the work team.

• In collaboration with the Technical Services team, manage and ensure the execution of work orders related to customers: Housekeeping notices, Guest Relation, reception, etc., which include tasks of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, telecommunications, painting, carpentry, etc.

• Organization of technical tasks related to installations, adaptations, and repairs in the various departments of the hotel.

• Organization of setups for events: audiovisuals, lighting, stages, all types of electrical setups, machinery installation, etc.

• Attention, support, and follow-up for technical personnel from private or public external companies.

• Support in construction and renovations by organizing preliminary disassembly work, repair of general installation breakdowns during works, setups, audiovisual media, telephony, safes, electronic locks, small installations.

• In collaboration with the coordinator and the head of the technical services department, control and manage the acquisition of basic stock materials for daily work and participate and advise in the selection and purchase of machinery and spare parts.

• Ensure the order and correct state of cleanliness of the warehouses and other departmental premises, including the offices, workshop, and technical rooms.
