What you'll do

· You will assist customers interested in renting machinery in person, by telephone, email, and WhatsApp.

· You will check equipment availability at the base itself, at other branches, or in the workshop.

· You will advise each customer on the most suitable machinery for their needs and resolve basic questions regarding its operation.

· You will prepare, send, and follow up on quotes, also analyzing the reasons why certain operations do not reach completion.

· You will manage documentation related to contracts, deliveries, collections, and machinery inspections.
