Brand, Reputation and Communication Director

We are looking for a Brand, Reputation and Communication Director for a consolidated organization facing a key moment in the evolution of its positioning.

We are not looking for a traditional communications director. We are looking for a management figure with true brand depth, capable of providing strategic vision, integrating existing capabilities, and converting the organization's strategy into a differential, coherent, and recognizable positioning.

You will define and lead the brand, reputation, positioning, and communication strategy, reinforcing the recognition and relevance of the organization and ensuring a coherent projection before its different stakeholders.

• You will define the brand and positioning strategy and lead its evolution.

• You will build a differential corporate narrative and ensure its coherence across the different areas of the organization.

• You will lead the reputation strategy, anticipating opportunities, risks, and sensitive situations.

• You will establish the communication and relationship priorities and criteria with the main stakeholder groups.

• You will advise General Management on decisions with an impact on the brand, reputation, and public projection of the organization.

• You will lead and cohesive the team, establishing a shared vision and enhancing existing capabilities.

• A strategic brand challenge: You will have the opportunity to evolve the positioning of a consolidated organization with significant public projection.

• Real capacity for influence: You will be part of the management team and will work directly with the General Management on decisions linked to brand, reputation, and positioning.

• Team and structure: You will lead professionals specialized in communication, brand, and relations, with the challenge of cohesive existing capabilities and elevating their impact.

• Long-term vision: You will be able to define how the brand should evolve and how to translate that evolution into the narrative, reputation, and relationship with its different audiences.

You will fit this position if...

• You bring a consolidated career (over 10 years) in brand strategy, reputation, positioning, and corporate communication.

• You have led projects involving the evolution, repositioning, or transformation of relevant brands.

• You have worked in complex organizations with public exposure and multiple stakeholder groups.

• You combine strategic vision with the ability to convert it into executable decisions and plans.

• You have experience leading teams and influencing senior management profiles.

• You hold a university degree in Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or similar training. Full professional competence, both oral and written, in Basque and Spanish is required. A professional level of English will be valued.
