Computerized Systems Technician
System Owner - Manufacturing IT/OT
The position will act as System Owner for the computerized systems that support operations, guaranteeing their availability, validated state, regulatory compliance, operational support, and correct management throughout their entire life cycle.
Likewise, you will participate in projects for the implementation of new equipment, continuous improvement, and the incorporation of new technological solutions. You will be the main IT point of contact for the Value Streams (production areas) that operate the systems under your responsibility, ensuring close collaboration between departments.
The selected person will report to the head of the TEG (Technical Expert Group) within the Manufacturing IT/OT area.
Participate in the commissioning of new systems: requirements definition, registration in corporate inventory and tools, coordination of technical configuration (network connection, backups, basic security, etc.), support for validation, and updating of necessary documentation.
Act as second-level support and technical reference for first-level technicians, ensuring correct escalation, root cause analysis, and documentation of recurring incidents.
Perform KPI monitoring and incident analysis, with a focus oriented toward continuous improvement.
Manage and coordinate contact with external service providers, in Spanish and English.
Participate in the management of changes, deviations, CAPAs, audits, and other quality activities related to the systems under your responsibility.
Keep relevant GxP documentation for the systems up to date: inventory, SOPs, and configuration sheets.
Participate in projects affecting the systems under your responsibility, coordinating with specialized areas of infrastructure, automation, digitalization, and cybersecurity when necessary.
Act as the reference person for the Value Streams regarding the systems under your responsibility, understanding their operational needs and coordinating the necessary actions to guarantee adequate support.
Execute and follow up on the periodic reviews of the systems as appropriate.
